🚗 Does the resort have parking?
Yes. Each villa is entitled to one free parking space within the resort.
🐾 Can I bring pets?
Yes, as long as the animal is not aggressive, does not cause disturbances, or make noise that bothers other guests.
📶 Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
🧹 Is cleaning service included?
Not included. Can be requested at an additional cost.
🧼 Does the resort offer laundry service?
Yes, by prior appointment at reception and at an additional cost.
🍴 Does the resort have a restaurant?
Yes. There is a restaurant and a bar next to the pool, both operating independently from the resort.

In the summer, it operates from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. In the winter, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Check-in: from 4 PM (summer) or 6 PM (winter)
Check-out: until 10am
⏰ Is it possible to check in after hours?
Yes. It is necessary to notify us in advance so that instructions for check-in can be given.

The pool is open every day from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
🧺 What are the laundry's opening hours?
The laundry service operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with prior booking at reception.
🎾 What are the tennis court hours?
It can be used during reception hours.

Mini-golf is available during reception hours.

The restaurant is open every day from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

Yes. All villas have a kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, utensils, and dishes.

Yes, there is a main pool for adults and a smaller one for children.
🎉 What entertainment options are available at the resort?
We have summer entertainment for all ages.
🧺 Are towels and bed linens provided?
Yes, they are already included in the stay.

Yes. Cribs are available subject to availability and at an additional cost.

Yes. The resort is especially recommended for families and features a playground, mini-golf, tennis court, and giant-sized chess/checkers.

Yes, there are supermarkets and shops just a few minutes' drive away.
🎢 Are there any attractions or parks nearby?
Yes, Zoomarine and the Slide & Splash water park are about a 15–20 minute drive away.
✈️ How long does it take to get to Faro Airport?
Approximately a 40-minute drive.
🛫 And even to Lisbon Airport?
Approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes by car.

📅 How can I book my vacation?
The booking must be made directly by the members on the online platform.
🏠 Do I always live in the same village?
It depends on the contract. In some cases, the villa may vary.
👥 Can I give up my week to family or friends?
Yes. Members can give away or even sell their week. You can also exchange with other members on the platform, free of charge.
💶 When do I have to pay the annual fee?
The annual fee must be paid by January 31st.
🌍 What is Interval International?
She is the resort partner that allows you to exchange your contracted week for another week at other resorts worldwide. For more information: office@pontagrande.com .
📆 Can I accumulate weeks from one year to the next?
No. The weeks must be used within the current year. If they are not used, they can be deposited with one of the resort's partners.
📣 Are there any events exclusively for members?
Yes. There are regular meetings to answer questions, present new features, and share exclusive offers and promotions for members.
